Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages
Seemlyeg will replace or refund any items damaged in shipping.

Exchanges

• Exchange is allowed in case our product has manufacture problem and we pay the shipping fees .
• In case the customer has problem with the size unforunately the customer pay the shipping fees .
• Note ... Maximum period to accept exchanges is 48 hours from receiving the product .
